Succeed Counseling and Transitional Program, LLC was founded by LaTissha LeFlore, a dedicated counselor with a deep commitment to empowering individuals to break free from the cycle of addiction and find healing and transformation. With a focus on personalized care and evidence-based therapy techniques, we strive to create a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their struggles and strengths. Our team is driven by a passion for making a positive difference in the lives of those we serve, and we are honored to walk alongside each individual on their journey towards recovery and success. We promise to deliver quality services and adhere to the highest ethical standards.

LaTissha LeFlore practices prevention and drug and alcohol addiction counseling at this private setting. LaTissha is licensed and certified as an Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselor in the state of Arkansas. She is also a certified National Court Approved Treatment Provider, a member of the American Counseling Association, and the International Association of Addictions and Offender Counselors. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Memphis and a Master's degree in Counseling from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. 

The counselor-client interactions will always be confidential. Blaming, judgment, discrimination, or hostile actions will not be tolerated under any circumstances. The client(s) is/are the most important person at Succeed Counseling. On the initial visit, clients can expect to complete intake/assessment surveys, which will inform the counselor about the reason for the visit and the services that are needed. This will also be the beginning of both parties building a good rapport with each other.

Succeed Counseling and Transitional Program, LLC is in the Mid Continent Building at 310 Mid Continent Plaza #314, West Memphis, AR 72301. There is plenty of parking, including handicap accessible spaces, and an elevator to access upper floors. We are located on the 3^rd floor, and to your left off the elevator. The low-traffic building and appointment-only sessions both aid in confidential services. Our normal business hours are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday. We have special hours of service after 6 PM and on Saturdays. We offer tele-counseling after the initial in-person visit. New clients are welcome.
